What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at just 50 units for most items.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, samples are available. All samples are shipped via FedEx Priority.
Do you provide virtual proofs?
Yes, virtual proofs are free of charge.
What imprint methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of imprint methods, including laser engraving, silkscreen, pad printing, debossing, heat transfer, foil stamping, UV full-color printing, hot stamping, embroidery, UV DTF Transfer Sticker, and more.
Production Time
What is your standard production time?
Typically 12–15 calendar days, including weekends.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, rush production is available upon request. Please contact us to confirm availability and rush time.
Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders, including samples, are shipped from our factory in Zhejiang, China. We fully own and operate the factory — some items are manufactured in-house, while others are sourced. All imprinting is completed at our facility to ensure consistent quality.
Payment Terms
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept check, wire transfer, ACH, and credit card.
Is there a service fee for credit card payments?
Yes. Credit card payments are processed via a secure payment link and will incur a 4% service fee. To cover this, the amount charged will be calculated as: total amount ÷ 0.96. (We cover the fee for sample orders.
Do you require payment in advance?
Yes, we require prepayment, but we’re happy to discuss flexible terms depending on your order volume or long-term cooperation.
Artwork & Imprint
What file format do you accept for artwork?
For the best imprint quality and clarity, we recommend providing vector files such as PDF, EPS, AI, or PSD. If you only have a bitmap image, we can convert it to a vector format free of charge.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Yes, we offer PMS color matching. The fee is $20 per color.
Is there a setup fee for imprinting?
Yes, virtual proofs are free of charge.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes, all orders are shipped blind.
Can you ship directly to my customer?
Absolutely. There will be no branding or company information on the packaging.
What shipping methods are available?

Yes, all products include a free shipping option — via sea freight.
How long does shipping take?
1.Free Shipping 25–28 calendar days

Do I need to handle customs or pay duties or tariffs myself?
No — all orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. We take care of everything, including customs clearance, import duties, and tariffs. You won’t need to deal with any customs procedures or pay any additional charges. Everything is included — no surprise fees on your end. Just sit back and relax — we’ve got it all covered.
